Walk In Solutions

Our place is on the second floor of Devi Prabha Pride, right across from Mantra Sadan in Shivaji Nagar. It’s a decent spot in Indore where people come when they’re looking for work or trying to fill a spot at their company. We call it Walk In Solutions because that's mostly how it happens. People just show up with their resumes or a list of requirements. The office isn't huge, but we make it work. Most days are spent sorting through files and talking to people about what they can actually do. It gets a little hectic on Monday mornings. We don’t have a big corporate setup. It’s just us at our desks trying to match folks with the right jobs. Sometimes it works out quickly, other times it takes a few weeks of searching. We try to be straightforward about what’s available in the market right now. Indore has a lot going on, and things change fast. Being in Block 202 means we see a lot of different people coming through the doors. We just listen to what they need and see if we have anything that fits the bill. It’s pretty basic stuff, really. No big speeches or complicated processes. We just handle the hiring and the job hunting as it comes. It's been like this for a while now, and we’re quite used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. We keep our files organized, but there's always a stray coffee cup or some notes scattered around. It feels like a real workspace.
