Indoretech

If you’ve ever walked through Orbit Mall in Vijay Nagar, you might have passed by our office up on the second floor, room 229. We go by Indoretech. It’s not a huge place, mostly just a bunch of desks, computers, and a lot of wires hanging around. We spend our days fixing tech problems and helping people figure out their systems. It gets pretty loud sometimes when we are all working at once, but we get things done. Most of the folks who work here grew up around Indore, so we know the area well. We started this because we noticed a lot of local businesses were struggling with their computers and didn't have anyone to call who wouldn't charge them an arm and a leg. We aren't a big corporation with fancy uniforms. Usually, you’ll find us in jeans and t-shirts, probably drinking tea and staring at a screen. We deal with all sorts of software issues and hardware repairs every day. Sometimes a fix takes ten minutes and sometimes it takes all night, but we stay until it's sorted out. People come up to the second floor of the mall specifically looking for us because they heard we don't talk in confusing tech jargon. We just tell you what's broken and how we can fix it. It's a busy little office, but there is always a chair if you need to sit and explain what's going wrong with your laptop or server. We try to be as practical as possible with every fix we do.
