Videv Solutions Private Limited is tucked away in Flat No. 403, Block-A2 of Shubh Labh Valley in Indore. It’s a residential complex, so coming to work feels like going to a friend's house. We are on the fourth floor, and the lift works most of the time, which is good. The office itself is just a regular flat where we’ve put in some desks and a lot of wiring. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Shubh Labh Valley is a nice area, quite peaceful compared to the center of Indore. We spend most of our day in front of screens, so having a quiet place is helpful. There isn't much in the way of company culture or fancy perks. We mostly just drink a lot of tea and try to figure out the problems we are working on. Sometimes we take a break and walk around the complex grounds just to stretch our legs. It’s a very simple operation. We don’t have a receptionist, so if someone comes by, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows each other’s business and we don’t bother with much formality. We’ve been here long enough that the guards at the gate know us all by name now. It is a humble spot to get things done.
