Unique Commerce Institute

Our place is located at J 98 in the L I G Colony, right on the Lig Thana Road. It is a very specific corner of Indore, 452001. We are situated quite close to Shrinath Hospital and the Mig Thana, so it is always easy to give people directions if they get lost trying to find us. Unique Commerce Institute is just a regular, no-nonsense building in a very busy neighborhood. You can hear the sirens passing by every now and then because the hospital and the police station are so nearby. The street outside is usually lined with rows of parked motorcycles. Inside our rooms, it is mostly about the books. We have different sections set up for the various groups of students who come in. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint if we ever found the time, but they are mostly covered with notices and timetables anyway. It is a very lived-in space. Students from the LIG area and even further away make the trip here every day. The atmosphere is generally quite serious, though we do have our laughs. There is a small shop just down the road where everyone goes to get their photocopies made. That is just how the daily routine works around here. We do not have a massive sign, just the old one that has been there for years. It is a straightforward spot where people sit down to study balance sheets and business laws.
