Our place is in Agrawal Nagar, tucked away where it’s a bit quieter than the main roads. Shiksha Education is basically just a few rooms filled with wooden benches and whiteboards. We spend our days helping students who come through after their regular school hours. It gets pretty lively in the evenings when the batches start and the kids arrive. There’s usually a pile of bags by the door and the sound of markers squeaking on the board. We aren't a big institution with shiny halls or digital screens. It’s a simple setup with ceiling fans humming overhead to keep the heat away. The neighborhood knows us well since we’ve been here for quite a long time. Sometimes we have to move the desks around to make more space for a bigger group or an exam. We drink a lot of tea between sessions to keep our energy up. The walls are a bit plain, maybe a few posters here and there about upcoming tests. We don't have a big reception desk, just a small table where parents can sit and talk to us about their children's progress. Agrawal Nagar is a nice area, easy for the kids to get to on their bicycles. We try to keep things organized but with so many students, it can get a bit messy with papers and books everywhere. It’s just us doing our best to help everyone learn. We close up late once the last student heads home for the night.
