Ips Academy

We are based right in the middle of Knowledge Village in Rajendra Nagar. It is a pretty busy spot with a lot of energy most days. We spend a good chunk of our time here just trying to keep up with all the different departments and making sure things run okay. It is not always easy dealing with the schedules and the constant flow of people coming and going. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud and distracting. We see hundreds of different faces every single day. People come to this part of town from all over just to learn things. It is just how life is here at Ips Academy. Our focus is mainly on the daily tasks, like making sure the rooms are ready for the next group and that the staff knows where they need to be. It involves a lot of walking around. The campus is big enough that you definitely get your steps in by lunchtime. We have been in this location for a while now. Most days go by fast because there is always something that needs fixing or a student showing up with a random question. We just try to keep the lights on and the classes moving. It feels like a real community. You get to know the regulars after a while. Even the guys at the canteen have their own rhythm that we all just follow. It is just a place where people show up and do the work.
