The Hair Stylist Unisex Salon

We are located in Scheme No.54 in Vijay Nagar. It’s Plot No.13/26, right on Street 54, which is pretty easy to find if you know where Hotel Park is. The area stays busy since it's a popular part of Indore. Our shop is a unisex place, so we get all sorts of people walking through the door. Men, women, kids, everyone. It’s got that mix of smells, like hair spray and shampoo, hanging in the air all day. The lights are bright because you need to see what you’re doing with a pair of scissors. We have some magazines on the table, though they are usually a few months old and have some coffee rings on them. The chairs are comfortable enough for a long sit. We spend a lot of time chatting with people about their day or what’s happening in the neighborhood. Some folks have been coming to us since we first opened our doors here. It’s not a quiet place, especially when the hair dryers are all going at once. We keep a water dispenser in the corner for anyone who’s thirsty. The floor is tiled and we spend half our lives sweeping it. On weekends, it gets a bit crowded and people sometimes have to wait a bit on the small bench. It’s just us doing our thing every day near the hotel.
