You can find us at Shop No-40 in Kanchan Bagh. We are right near Noble Hospital and across from Kadambari Saree. It’s a busy little stretch of the road. We do technology-related work here. The shop is a bit cramped because we have a lot of hardware and tools tucked into the corners. It’s not a shiny showroom. It’s more of a place where things actually get fixed or put together. Sometimes the lights flicker a bit when we run too many machines, but we’re used to it. We have a small team of guys who know their way around a motherboard. Most of the day is spent troubleshooting or waiting for parts to arrive. We get a lot of walk-ins because of the hospital nearby. People stop in while they are waiting for someone. It’s a noisy neighborhood, but we don’t mind. We keep a pot of tea going most afternoons. We aren't interested in being the biggest tech firm. We just want to do the work that comes in today. The shop has been here for a while, and the neighbors are friendly enough. We keep the doors open when the weather is nice. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation. We don’t use fancy scripts for our calls. We just talk to people and try to figure out what went wrong with their gear. We just keep at it.
