Tech Elevator

Our office for Tech Elevator is in the Shree Vardhan Complex on RNT Marg. Specifically, we are in room RD-53-A. It is a central location which helps us get to our clients around the city. We spend most of our time out in the field working on elevators in various buildings. When we are at the office, it is usually to grab parts or look at technical manuals. The complex is quite busy, so there is always movement in the hallways. We have a lot of electrical components and heavy cables stored on the shelves. Elevator work is very specific and requires a lot of attention to safety. We are often squeezed into small control rooms or climbing ladders. It is not a job for someone who is afraid of heights or tight spaces. We carry heavy bags of tools and our clothes usually get a bit greasy from the rails and motors. In the office, we have a small computer and a desk that is covered in notes and wiring diagrams. We don't have any marketing posters on the walls. It is just a functional space where we plan our maintenance schedules. We try to be quick so that people aren't stuck using the stairs for too long. It is a technical trade that keeps us busy from morning until late evening. Every day is a different building and a different problem to solve.
