If you look for us, you’ll find Swastik Lake View Resort LLP at Shop No. 102 in the Ratnamani Complex. We are right there at 7/1 New Palasiya. It’s a pretty active commercial area in Indore. Most days, we are just in the shop managing the details for the resort side of things. It’s a small office, nothing too big or flashy, but it works for what we need. Dealing with guests and the logistics of a resort takes a lot of time on the phone and the computer. New Palasiya is a good neighborhood for us because it’s easy for people to stop by if they need to talk to someone in person. Sometimes the parking at Ratnamani Complex is a bit tight, especially during the middle of the day, but we make it work somehow. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten to know the other shop owners around us. It’s a nice community feel even though it’s a business area. We don't spend much time writing fancy brochures or anything like that. We just focus on getting the daily tasks done. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a while. It’s just us here, keeping things moving and making sure everything is ready for the guests at the resort. We try to keep things simple and honest. Running a business in Indore keeps you on your toes, but we enjoy the rhythm of it.
