Swastik Event Makers

Swastik Event Makers is based at R 783 in Mahalaxmi Nagar, Indore. We are quite close to Bombay Hospital. It's a nice part of Indore to be in. Our place is more of a workshop than a fancy office. We have piles of decorations and different materials stored here. When we have an event to set up, the whole place gets very active. We are always counting items and checking if we have enough fabric or lights. It’s a lot of physical work, not just sitting at a desk. We’ve been part of the Mahalaxmi Nagar community for a long time. People around here usually just walk in if they need something. We don't have a big front desk or a secretary. Usually, someone is just in the back working on a frame or painting something. It gets a bit dusty with all the props we keep. Indore is a fast-growing city and there is always some party or function happening. We try to keep up with it all. Our days are never really the same. One day we are fixing a broken stand and the next we are halfway across the city setting up a stage. It’s just how the event business goes for us. We keep things straightforward and don't make big promises we can't keep. We just do the work and try to stay organized as much as possible. It is a lot of hustle but we find our way through the busy season every single year.
