The Event Trackar

You can find us at 413, Tilak Nagar Main Road in Indore. We are right across from the SBI ATM, which is usually how we tell people to find the building. The Event Trackar isn't some massive agency with a hundred employees. It’s just a handful of us who like putting things together. Tilak Nagar is a good spot to be in; it’s central enough that we can get to most parts of Indore without too much trouble. Our office is fairly basic. We have a couple of tables, some chairs, and a lot of lists pinned to the walls. We do a lot of the coordinating from here. It gets a bit hectic when we have a big deadline coming up, and you’ll often find us staying late with the lights on. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just focus on the task at hand. If we need to track down a specific supplier or check on a venue, this is where it happens. It’s a practical environment. Sometimes the internet is slow or the tea runs out, but we manage. People in the neighborhood know us, and we like that local connection. We’re just regular people working out of a room in Tilak Nagar, trying to keep track of all the moving parts that go into making an event work. It’s a lot of juggling, but we have been doing it long enough to stay calm.
