Crystal Zeal

Crystal Zeal is situated over in Vijay Nagar, Indore. We’ve been operating out of this area for a while now. If you know the 452010 zip code area, you know it gets pretty busy around here. Being in Vijay Nagar means we see a lot of different people every day. We aren't some massive corporation with a skyscraper; we’re just a local team working out of our space here. Most days involve a lot of planning and making sure our schedules are lined up right. It can be a bit loud outside sometimes because Indore is always moving, but inside we just focus on what we need to do for the day. We don’t really go in for those long speeches about goals or visions. We just wake up, come to the office, and get to work on whatever project is currently on the desk. Sometimes it’s events, sometimes it’s just sorting out logistics that no one else wants to deal with. We’ve had our ups and downs like any small business, but we’re still here and still doing our thing. People usually find us by word of mouth or just because they live nearby in the neighborhood. It’s a decent place to work and we try to treat everyone who walks through the door with some basic respect. You won't find any glossy brochures here, just us trying to make things work. It’s simple, really. There is always something to do, so we just keep moving along with the rest of the city.
