Our office is up on the 4th floor of the City Center, specifically at No. 415. Srm Impex Pvt. Ltd. isn't a huge operation, but we stay pretty active. Being in a commercial building like this means there's always someone in the elevator or walking down the hall. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. It's mostly about coordination. We get things from suppliers and figure out where they need to go next. The view from the window isn't much, just other buildings and some rooftops, but the location is central. Sometimes the elevator breaks down, and walking up those four floors is a real workout for us. Our desks are usually covered in post-it notes and old coffee mugs. We don't have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it when someone knocks. We've been here for a bit, and the neighbors on this floor know us as the people who are always shipping stuff out. It’s regular office work—stamping papers, checking weights, and calling warehouses. We don't use fancy systems, just the basic stuff that works for us. It gets quiet in the afternoons, which is when we finally catch up on the filing. We just do our bit to keep the goods moving. It’s a steady routine with no real surprises. Nothing flashy. Just Srm Impex doing its thing day after day in this little office.
