Nidhi Exim. India Pvt. Ltd. is based at No. 206 in the Indore Trade Centre. It’s a busy building with a lot of different offices, so there’s always a lot of coming and going. We’ve been here for several years now. Our space isn't huge, but it's enough for our small team to manage the import and export work we do. Most days involve a lot of checking documents and making sure everything complies with the rules. It can be a bit tedious, but it’s important. We don't have a big fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll just see us at our desks, probably on the phone or typing away. We’ve learned that in this business, things change quickly, so you have to be ready to adapt. A container might be delayed at the port, or a client might change their mind about an order. We just handle it. We aren't into big marketing campaigns. We prefer to just do the work and let that speak for itself. Most of the people we work with have been with us for a long time. We value those relationships. The office can get a bit cluttered with samples and paperwork, but we like it that way. It feels like a place where things actually get done. We’re just regular people trying to run a decent business in Indore and we don't plan on changing our ways.
