We spend most of our time here at 602 Silver Arcade dealing with all the back and forth of shipping stuff. Shubam Exim Pvt. Ltd. isn't some giant corporate office with glass walls, it's more like a room full of folders and people on the phone. We mostly focus on moving goods across borders which sounds complicated because it usually is. Every morning we start by checking emails to see where the containers are. Sometimes the internet at Silver Arcade is a bit slow, so we just wait it out or grab a snack. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. Most people know us for just getting the work done without much fuss. We don't have a receptionist, so if you walk in, you'll probably just see someone typing away at a desk. There are boxes stacked in the corner sometimes when samples come in. It gets a bit crowded when we have meetings, but we make it work. The office has a window that looks out over the street, which is nice when things get stressful with the customs paperwork. We handle a lot of different products, so the days are never really the same. One day it's one thing, the next day it's something totally different. We just keep the records straight and make sure the logistics side of things stays on track as much as possible. It’s a steady pace here and we like it.
