Sri Andavar Rig Spares

Our shop is tucked away in Vishal Tower, right inside the Indira Complex at Navlakha. It is shop number 3-A. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty busy with people moving around all the time. We deal with rig spares, mostly. It is a lot of small parts, bolts, and heavy metal pieces that we keep on the shelves. Sometimes it is hard to find exactly what a customer wants right away, so we have to go digging through the back of the shop for a bit. The space isn't huge, but we make it work for us and our visitors. I remember when we first moved into this spot, it was much quieter. Now, there are shops all around us and things have changed. We spend a lot of time on the phone trying to track down specific parts for people who are in a real hurry. It is greasy work sometimes. You can't really handle these rig parts without getting your hands a bit dirty or dusty. We have a small desk where we keep the ledger and take notes for the day. Usually, there is a fan humming in the corner because it gets stuffy in the afternoons when the sun hits the building. People come in with broken pieces and ask if we have a match. We do our best to help them out without making a big deal about it. It is just a regular shop where we try to keep the stock moving and help folks out.
