We’re located at Plot No.236 in Vip Pursper, over in Rajendra Nagar. Balaji Earthmovers has been operating from this spot for a while now. It’s a good location for heavy machinery because there’s enough space to move things around. We deal with earthmoving equipment and all the parts that go with them. It’s a lot of iron and steel. The office is right next to the storage area, so it can get a bit loud when the engines are running. We don't have a fancy corporate culture. We’re just a group of people who know a lot about big machines. Most of us have grease under our fingernails most of the time. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon. We just talk about gear ratios and hydraulic leaks. It’s honest work. Sometimes the dust from the yard gets into the office, but that’s just part of the job. We have coffee together in the mornings before the busy hours start. Rajendra Nagar is a growing area, so there’s always some construction happening nearby. We’ve helped out on a lot of local projects without making a big deal about it. We don't have a marketing plan. People know we’re here and they know we have the equipment. That’s usually enough. We just keep the machines running and the customers taken care of in our own way. It works for us and has for years.
