We set up shop here in Chhoti Gwaltoli at number 18/3. It’s a decent area, mostly quiet enough to get work done. We spend most of our time fixing things or looking at screens. It started out small and stayed that way, which suits us just fine. There’s always some new gadget or part that someone brings in thinking it’s broken. Usually, it’s just something simple, but sometimes we have to spend all afternoon figuring it out. The workbench is always covered in tools and loose screws. We try to stay organized but it doesn't always work out when we have three jobs going at once. We aren't part of some big chain, it’s just a few of us here trying to make a living. People from the neighborhood drop by mostly. We don’t have a big sign outside, so you have to look for the door. It’s a bit messy with cables and boxes everywhere. We probably should clean up more often, but there's always something more important to do. We eat lunch at our desks most days. If someone comes in with a problem, we take a look and tell them what we think. No big speeches or sales tactics. We just like fixing stuff. Sometimes parts take a few days to arrive and we have to call people back. Sometimes we get items that are so old we can't even find the parts anymore, which is always a shame. It’s just a regular local service place.
