Soul Hotel Resort N Organic Farm Khalghat Private Limited is situated at 13-14 in Dhenu Market, right along SGSITS Road. It is an interesting mix because we have the hotel side, but we are also very busy with the organic farm part of things. The farm takes up a lot of our energy, especially with the crops and figuring out the best way to grow stuff without all the chemicals. Being near the market means there is always a lot of noise and people moving around, but we have grown to like the energy of the place. We aren't a polished resort like the ones in magazines. We are just local people trying to grow good food and give travelers a place to sleep when they are in the Khalghat area. Some days the farm work is easy and other days we are just struggling with the weather. The office at Dhenu Market is where we do the paperwork and talk to visitors. We started this because we wanted to do something real with the land. It’s a project that never really seems to end. We aren't fancy and we don't try to be. If you see us, we’ll probably be in regular work clothes doing something in the garden or the hotel. It is a practical business run by people who live right here. We just take things one day at a time.
