Simran Hair & Beauty is located at 9/2 Rishi Market, which is on AB Road in Indore. We are sitting right opposite the Palasiya Thana. Having the police station across the road makes it a very easy landmark to find. We have been in Rishi Market for quite some time. The shop is a mix of hair styling and basic beauty services. It’s not a high-end salon like you see in the malls. It’s a local place for local people. I handle the hair side mostly. We have a few old chairs that are still very sturdy. The mirrors have a few spots on them from the years, but they work fine. AB Road is always busy with traffic, so we hear the noise all day long. I think it keeps us energized. We don’t do any of that fancy marketing stuff. If we do a good job, people come back, and that’s how we stay in business. My family lives nearby, so I just walk to work every morning. We get a lot of people stopping in before they head home from work. It’s a comfortable spot. We don't have uniforms or anything, just our regular clothes and an apron. It’s an honest way to make a living. Most of our regulars are like friends now. We talk about the news or the weather while I work.
