S. N. A. Impex

Our office for S. N. A. Impex is tucked away at No. 105 Sakina Palace in Brookebond Colony. It’s a pretty standard setup where we spend most of our hours looking at spreadsheets and talking to suppliers. We deal with both imports and exports which means there is always something coming or going. It gets a bit hectic when two shipments arrive at the same time but we manage to get through it. The colony is a nice enough place to work and most of the neighbors know us by now. We started this business because we had a bit of experience in the trade and decided to give it a go on our own. It’s been a learning process, that's for sure. We don’t use any fancy software or big management styles, we just write things down and make sure we don't lose the notes. The office has a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets that are probably fuller than they should be. We just focus on the task in front of us. Sometimes the days feel long, especially when there are delays at the port or with the transport, but that’s part of the trade. We aren’t experts in everything, but we know how to handle our specific niche well enough. Being in Sakina Palace feels right for us and we plan to stay here for the foreseeable future. We just take it one shipment at a time and try to keep things simple.
