Shubh Labh Agritech is located over in the SDA Compound at Lasudiya Mori. If you’ve ever been to that part of Indore, you know it’s always busy. There are trucks everywhere and people moving crates all day long. Our spot is at 297/1/7/1. It is a bit of a maze in the compound, but we’ve been here long enough that everyone knows where we are. We work on the tech side of farming. It sounds like something from a big city, but we keep it very local. We handle things like specialized seeds and equipment that help farmers get more from their land. The office is pretty basic. We have some shelves with samples and a couple of old desks. We don’t really care about the decor. We care more about whether the products we’re sending out are actually going to help someone in their field. The air is always a bit thick with the smell of the nearby warehouses. It’s just part of working in Lasudiya Mori. We have a small group of staff who know their stuff. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people grow things better. Sometimes the days are long, especially when a big shipment comes in. We just roll up our sleeves and get on with it. It’s a good place to work if you don't mind a bit of noise and a lot of movement. It's just us doing our thing.
