Shaurya Masale

Shaurya Masale is located at House No 427 in the Chhoti Omti Khalasi Line. We are right on Lalbagh Road, and a good way to find us is to look for the Shikha Saree Center nearby. We are just a small family-run business that deals in spices. Our shop isn't very big, but it’s full of the smell of different masalas. We spend a lot of time grinding the raw spices into fine powder. It’s a dusty job and the smell stays on our clothes even after we go home. Lalbagh Road is a very old part of town and it can get quite crowded in the afternoons. We’ve been in this same house for years. We don't have a website or do any fancy social media stuff. People just know where we are and come by when they need fresh spices. We have some old grinding machines that make a lot of noise, but they work better than the new ones we tried. Sometimes the neighbors complain about the chili smell when we are grinding, but they also buy from us, so it’s okay. We don't have any corporate goals. We just want to keep the machines running and make enough to keep the shop going. It’s a simple business in a busy part of the city. We like being near the saree center because it brings a lot of people into our lane.
