Mittal Food Products is right at 12, South Yeshwant Ganj. If you know the area, you’ll know we are very close to the Govardhannath Mandir. Being near the temple means we hear the bells and the prayers every day, which is actually quite nice for the atmosphere. The Ganj is a busy market area, so there is always a lot of hustle and bustle right outside the door. We deal with food products, so our place usually has a lot of bags and containers piled up. The smell of whatever we are processing that day usually hangs in the air, whether it’s grain or something else we are bagging. It is a bit of an old-fashioned building, and the streets around South Yeshwant Ganj are narrow and crowded with rickshaws and delivery carts. We have been here for years, and many of the other shopkeepers nearby are our friends. We start our work early, around the same time the temple starts its morning rituals. It’s a hard-working atmosphere, and we don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. As long as the food is handled correctly and the customers get what they need, we are happy. It’s a simple life in a busy part of the city, and we just keep doing what we’ve always done. Sometimes we sit outside on the steps and watch the people going to the temple when things finally slow down.
