We are based in the Pologround Industrial Estate, at plot 14/21. Even though it says "Pvt Ltd" in the name, we are just a group of people who care about making spices. The industrial estate can be a bit gray and boring, but inside our unit, it's full of bright colors from the chilies and turmeric. We have been here for a while now. The machines we use are loud, so we have to shout sometimes to hear each other. It’s not a corporate office with carpets and coffee machines. We have a small corner for our tea breaks and that’s about it. Most of our day is spent watching the grinders and making sure the bags are sealed properly. We don't have any big slogans. We just want to get the product out to the local shops on time. Our workers have been with us for years, and we all know how the machines sound when they are running right. It’s a practical place. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because it wouldn't make the powders any better. If you come by, you’ll see trucks loading up and the smell of spices hitting you before you even reach the door. It’s just what we do to keep things moving. We don't have fancy titles, and everyone just helps out where needed to get the job done.
