Scissor Sound Family Salon & Spa

We are at 103 Man Bhawan Plaza, over in Bank Colony. This is on Annapurna Road in the Usha Nagar area of Indore. We are right opposite Dashehara Maidaan, which is a great spot to be, especially during festival times when the whole area comes alive. The salon is a family place, so we see everyone from toddlers getting their first cut to grandfathers. It’s called Scissor Sound because, well, you can always hear the snip-snip-snip of scissors when you walk in. We also have a small spa area tucked away in the back for when things need to be a bit quieter. The plaza is usually busy, so there’s a lot of foot traffic. We have some pictures of different hairstyles on the wall, though some of them are pretty old-fashioned now. The chairs are the swivel kind and the kids love playing with them when they aren't supposed to. We have a water cooler that makes a loud gulping sound every time someone uses it. The staff is just a bunch of us who enjoy the work. We don't have fancy uniforms, just comfortable clothes. It gets really busy on Sunday mornings with families coming in together. We try to keep the wait time down, but sometimes there's a bit of a queue. It’s just a normal, hardworking shop in a good part of town.
