You’ll find Scai Technologies Private Limited at 39 Brgshangrila Colony, which is in the Talawali Chanda area. It’s a residential colony, so the vibe is quite relaxed compared to the commercial hubs. Our office is basically a converted space within the colony. We have our desks set up in a way that makes sense for us, even if it looks a bit cluttered to someone else. There are always computers humming in the background and someone usually has the radio on low. Talawali Chanda is a nice part of the region, and being in Shangrila Colony makes the workday feel a bit less like a grind. We don't have any corporate branding on the walls or a polished about us video playing in a lobby. We’re just a small team of people who know a lot about technology. We spend our time writing code, fixing bugs, and talking about how to make things work better. Our lunch breaks are spent at the local eateries or sometimes we just bring food from home and eat together. It’s a very informal environment. We don't have strict rules about what to wear or how to sit. As long as the work gets done, we are happy. It’s a simple, honest way to run a tech company without all the usual corporate overhead and pretense. We’re just here in the colony, doing our thing.
