Satyam Masala Co.

We are located right on Post Office Road. It’s a convenient spot because everyone knows where the post office is. Satyam Masala Co. is basically a small production unit where we grind and pack things. The smell of spices is very strong here, you can usually catch it from a block away. Some people find it overwhelming, but we’ve grown to like it over time. It’s a small space, so we have to stay very organized or we’d run out of room to move our feet. We use traditional methods for a lot of what we do, nothing overly high-tech or modern. The machines we have are old but they still work perfectly fine if you take care of them. We spend a lot of time cleaning the equipment every evening. It’s just a few of us working here. We don’t have a website or any social media pages. We just sell to the local shops and people who walk in. Most of our customers have been buying from us for years. We know their names and what they usually need for their homes. It’s a very personal way of doing business, which we prefer over anything else. Sometimes we run out of certain things if the harvest wasn't great, but we just tell people honestly. We don't make big promises we can't keep. It's just a simple life on Post Office Road and we enjoy the work.
