Sardar Niranjansingh Budhisingh Saluja is our business, and we are located at No. 184 in the New Sabji Mandi on AB Road. Being in the vegetable market means our day starts very early, often before the sun is even up. It’s a loud, crowded, and energetic place to be. You have to be okay with a bit of chaos if you’re going to work here. Our name is long because it carries the names of the family members who started all this years ago. We take pride in that history, but we don't talk about it in a boastful way. It’s just who we are. The office is right in the middle of the mandi, so there’s always the smell of fresh produce and the sound of people haggling outside. AB Road is right there, so transport is easy, even if the traffic is a nightmare during peak hours. We deal with a lot of different people every day, from farmers bringing in their carts to wholesale buyers looking for a deal. We don't have any fancy brochures. Our business is built on handshakes and being here every day, rain or shine. The desk is usually covered in receipts and loose change. It’s a gritty, real way to make a living, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We’ve been part of this market for so long that the other traders are like family. We just keep moving and doing our trade.
