Sanjiv Desai is based at 108, Vidhyapati Tower, located in the Narayan Kothi area of Indore. Vidhyapati Tower is a well-known building around here, and being on the 108th unit means we’ve got a settled spot in a busy part of town. Narayan Kothi is always full of energy, with lots of people moving through the corridors of the building for various reasons throughout the day. Sanjiv’s office isn't a place where you’ll find a lot of corporate jargon or polished presentations. It’s a workspace where real things happen. We deal with the day-to-day grind just like everyone else. Sometimes the elevator in the tower is a bit slow, or the hallway is a little noisy, but that’s just part of being in a central location in Indore. Inside the office, the furniture is comfortable enough but nothing special. We spend our time focusing on the folders and the computer screens rather than worrying about the latest office trends or flashy designs. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. Most of the people who come to see us are looking for straightforward answers, and that is what we try to give them. We’ve been in this building long enough to know most of the other tenants, and there is a sense of just being another part of the local business landscape. We show up, we work, and we go home to our families when the day is done.
