Sai Information Technology Solution Technical

H. R. Complex is a busy building and we are tucked away in Office No. 1. It is not a huge space but it is enough for what we do. Sai Information Technology Solution Technical is mostly about fixing things that stop working. We have computers open on every surface and wires running across the floor. It usually smells like warm electronics in here. It is mostly quiet because everyone is focusing on a screen or a circuit board. We get a lot of walk-ins from people in the neighborhood whose laptops have died or who need a specific cable. It is a bit of a maze in here with all the boxes of spare parts. Sometimes we lose track of time when we are trying to solve a tricky software issue. We do not have a big sign out front just the number on the door. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most used thing in the office. We deal with a lot of technical stuff but we try to explain it simply to people who are not tech-savvy. It is just us doing our job. The building itself is quite old so the elevator is often broken and we have to carry equipment up the stairs. It keeps us moving I guess. We are not trying to be the biggest tech firm we just want to get people's stuff working again. It is a lot of troubleshooting and patience. Most days we are here late because some jobs take longer.
