Rudradeep Agrolife Science Private Limited

Rudradeep Agrolife Science Private Limited operates out of a space in Royal House, located in the Ushaganj area of Indore. It is a busy part of town, and our office at 11/3 is where most of the daily work happens. We focus on the science part of farming, which means a lot of looking at data and talking to suppliers. It is not a farm itself, but everything we do is meant for the people out in the fields. We have a small team here. Most of the time, the desks are covered in papers and sample bottles. It is a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We spend our days on the phone or meeting with people who come by the office. Dealing with agricultural life from an office in the city has its own challenges. The traffic outside can be pretty loud, but inside we just focus on getting the orders right. We aren't trying to be some giant company that doesn't know its people. We know the names of the folks we work with. It is just a regular office routine where we try to keep things organized. If you come by, you might have to wait a bit if we are busy with a delivery. We just do the work and try to stay on top of the science stuff. It’s an honest day’s work in the city.
