Rica Vida Hotels Private Limited

Rica Vida Hotels Private Limited is run out of Gayatri Apartment in Indore. We are in flats 111-112 and 202. It is a bit of an unusual setup having the office in an apartment building, but it works for us right now. We are right in the middle of Indore, 452001 zip code. Most of our days are spent on the phone or handling the paperwork for the properties. It’s not like those big fancy hotels with a giant lobby. We are more behind the scenes here. We started this because we saw how many people were coming to Indore for IT jobs and coaching classes. They need places to stay that aren't too expensive. We do a lot of the coordination from these flats. It can get a bit cramped when we have all the files out, but we make do. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy talk. We just try to get the bookings right and make sure the cleaning staff knows where to go. Indore is a loud, energetic city, and being in a residential apartment gives us a little bit of a break from the main road noise. We’ve been here for a bit now and the neighbors know us. It’s just a regular business run by regular people who know the city well. We keep things simple and practical.
