Our place is B/23 in Pragati Vihar Colony, which is over by Gole Ka Mandir. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it stays pretty calm throughout the day. Rdssoftware Private Limited operates out of here, and it’s a pretty tight-knit setup. We aren’t located in a big glass tower downtown. We like being in Pragati Vihar because it’s a bit more relaxed. The office is just a few rooms where we’ve set up our workstations. It can get a little crowded when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy entrance. Most of the neighbors just know us as the people who are always on their computers. At Rdssoftware Private Limited, we don't worry much about titles or formal dress codes. You’ll usually find us in jeans and t-shirts. We spend most of our time dealing with technical issues and making sure our software is doing what it's supposed to. It’s a simple life. Gole Ka Mandir is a good landmark for people trying to find us. We’ve been in this colony for a while and have no real plans to move. It’s a comfortable spot that allows us to focus on the tasks at hand without too many distractions. We just do our work and try to keep things running smoothly every day.
