We are located in Rajani Bhawan on M.G. Road, up on the second floor in room 211. Being right on the main road means it is always loud and there’s never any parking, but it’s a central spot for everyone. We deal with agro products and supplies for farmers. We spend most of our day talking to people from the rural areas who come into town to get what they need. The office is pretty basic. We have some chairs for visitors, a few old computers, and stacks of invoices on the desks. We don't try to look like a high-tech company because that’s not who we are. We are just regular people helping out with seeds or fertilizers or whatever else is in season. Sometimes it’s very busy when the planting season starts, and other times it’s a bit slower. We’ve been here for quite some time, so the other tenants in the building are like friends to us. We share news about the weather and the markets over tea. We don't have a big mission statement or anything fancy like that. We just want to make sure the people who buy from us get what they paid for. It’s a simple business built on staying in one place and being there when someone calls or walks in. We keep a ledger for everything and try to stay on top of the stock levels so nobody leaves empty-handed.
