R K Gents Parlour

This is R K Gents Parlour, located at Shop No.12 on the M R 12 Main Road. We are right by the Lasudia Dewas Naka area in Indore, specifically near the Indus Satelite Complex. It’s a busy road so there’s always a lot of noise outside, but inside we just focus on the hair. I’ve been a barber for years and this shop is where I spend most of my day. It is a standard gents parlour for haircuts and shaves. Nothing too fancy. We have the usual chairs and a big mirror. I keep the floor swept because nobody likes walking on cut hair. Men come here from all over the Lasudia area because they know I don't rush through the job. If you want a quick trim, I can do that, or if you want a proper shave with a hot towel, that’s fine too. I don’t believe in those expensive salon prices you see in the malls. It’s just a honest local shop for local people. Sometimes we have the cricket match on a small TV in the corner. It makes the waiting time go by faster for the guys. The shop is easy to spot once you get to the Indus Satelite Complex. I am usually here from morning until late evening. It is a simple life but I enjoy the conversations with the customers. We’ve been here long enough that people know our routine and we know theirs.
