Prakash Soya Ltd

Our office is at 31/F-17, Vatsalya Chambers, which is right on Sneh Nagar Main Road. Prakash Soya Ltd is what we go by. It’s a busy spot, especially in the afternoons when everyone is out for lunch. We spend our time managing soya trade and distribution. It is not the kind of job that looks glamorous in photos, but it is important work. We have a few desks, some old computers, and a lot of ledgers. Everything is kept in order, though it might look messy to an outsider. Sneh Nagar Main Road is a good place to be because everything is close by. If we need something for the office, we just walk down the street. Most of our day involves coordinating with trucks and making sure the soya gets to where it is supposed to be. We don't use fancy software for everything; we still like our notebooks and pens. The guys here have been doing this for a long time. We know the smell of the warehouse and the way the market moves. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult for transport, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't looking to become a giant corporation. We just want to do our job well and keep our customers happy. It is a simple life and we are content with it. Being in Sneh Nagar means we see a lot of the same faces every day, which makes the work feel more personal. We often have tea together in the late afternoon while we finish up the daily logs. It’s nothing fancy, but it works for us and keeps the business running smoothly.
