Praful Saxsena

Praful Saxsena is found at the Kruti Diagnostic Centre, which is located at 335 Jawahar Marg in Indore. This part of the city is always moving, and Jawahar Marg is one of those roads where you really have to pay attention to the traffic when you're crossing. The center itself is a busy place because health is something people can't really ignore. We have been here for a good while, and the building reflects that—it’s sturdy and has a lot of history behind it. Inside, Praful and the rest of the team are usually busy with the machines or talking to people about their tests. It’s not a place for lounging around or having long breaks. We keep things moving because people are usually waiting to get their results so they can move on with their day and see their doctors. The equipment is there to do a job, and we don't spend much time making the waiting room look like a fancy hotel lobby. It’s a practical environment. We see all kinds of people from across Indore coming through 335 Jawahar Marg. Some are worried, some are just doing a routine check, and we try to treat everyone the same way. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, but that’s just how it is in the diagnostic field. We aren't here to put on a show; we are just here to provide the information people need. That's our daily life.
