We are located in Orbit Mall, specifically at unit 282 on A.B. Road. Being in a mall is a bit different from being in an industrial area, but the work is still the same. We deal with food products and there’s always something to keep us occupied. A.B. Road is always packed with cars, so getting here in the morning can be a bit of a headache sometimes. Inside the mall, it’s a bit calmer before the shoppers arrive. We spend our hours coordinating with suppliers and making sure our inventory is right. It’s a decent sized space, enough for us to manage the logistics of what we do. We have a small group of people working here, and we all pretty much know what needs to be done without being told. We aren't one of those big corporations with fancy coffee machines; we just drink tea from the stall nearby and get on with it. Sometimes the air conditioning in the mall is too high, and other times it feels like it’s not working at all. We just deal with it. Our focus is just on the food items we handle and making sure they get where they need to go. It’s practical work. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations. As long as the orders are correct and the food is fine, we're happy. It is just Prachit Foods India Pvt. Ltd. doing its thing every day, one order at a time.
