P.M.B. Gujarati Science College

We are situated at 1 Nasia Road in Indore, right in the heart of Madhya Pradesh 452001. P.M.B. Gujarati Science College has a long history in this city. If you walk past the building, you can tell it’s been there for quite a few decades. We mostly deal with science subjects, so there are a lot of labs with beakers and old equipment scattered around. It’s not a shiny new modern building, but it has a certain character that the students seem to like. The hallways are quite high and the rooms stay relatively cool even when it’s hot outside. Since we are on Nasia Road, it can get a bit loud with the traffic, but we are used to it by now. The staff here mostly just focus on getting through the syllabus. We don't have many events or parties; it’s more about the lectures and the lab work. Most of our students come from around Indore, taking the bus or riding their bikes here every morning. It feels like a very traditional school environment. We have a small staff room where we drink tea and talk about the day’s work. There’s nothing too complicated about how we run things. We open the doors in the morning and close them once the last student leaves in the evening. The old iron gate sometimes squeaks when you open it. Some of the books in the library have been there since the college first started. It’s a sturdy, no-nonsense place to study.
