Perpetual Systems

We are based in room 202 of the Chetak Centre at 12/2 R.N.T. Marg. The building is a bit of a maze if you haven't been here before, but once you find the stairs, it’s not too bad. Perpetual Systems is just a small outfit. We have a few desks squeezed into the room and a lot of cables running along the floor. You have to be careful where you walk so you don't trip over a power strip. The view from the window is just another building across the way, so there isn't much to look at during breaks. R.N.T. Marg is a busy part of town, so there are always people moving around downstairs. We usually have a radio playing low in the background to drown out the noise of the traffic. The air conditioner is a little loud and rattles sometimes, but it keeps the servers from overheating, so we leave it alone. We spend most of our time on the computers or on the phone with suppliers. It’s not the most exciting place to work, but we get things done. We don't have a receptionist, so if you come by, you might have to wait a minute for one of us to notice you’re at the door. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for when the afternoon slump hits. It’s just a regular office where we do our thing every day.
