The elevator in the building is a bit slow, so we often just take the stairs to the second floor. We handle a lot of technical stuff here. There’s always a hum of machines in the background. We aren't into big advertising or making bold claims. We just show up every morning and look at the lists of things that need doing. It’s a practical setup. We have a small kitchen area for making tea and that’s about it for luxuries. The 452001 area is pretty central, so getting here isn't too bad for the staff. We like the vibe of Manik Bagh Road. It feels like a place where things actually happen. Most of our day is spent staring at screens and talking through problems together. We don't have a scripted way of talking to people. We just say it like it is. If things go wrong, we fix them. That’s really all there is to our daily routine here. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the technical tasks.
