You'll find us at 338 in Gali Number 17, which is part of the Nandanagar area here in Indore. It's a busy street, but we like the energy of it. Olecons Technology is basically just a small room where a few of us sit with our laptops and work on whatever tech problems are handed to us. It’s not a polished corporate office. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the furniture is just whatever we could find that was comfortable enough to sit in for eight hours. We don't have any big mission or any of that marketing talk. We just show up every day and try to finish our work on time. Nandanagar is a good place to be because everything we need is within walking distance. Sometimes the traffic in the gali makes it hard to hear ourselves think, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We started this company because we wanted to do things our own way without a lot of overhead. It's just a group of friends who happen to be good with technology. We don't have any fancy titles. If someone needs something done, whoever is free just takes care of it. It’s a very informal way to run things, but it works for us. We're just regular people trying to do a decent job without making a fuss.
