Nirmita Agro Producer Company Limited

We run Nirmita Agro Producer Company Limited out of flat 106 in the Shivshiti Apartment. It is located in the Padampura area, near the Raja Rani spot. It might seem a little strange to have an agro company in an apartment building, but it works for us. We use it as our central hub to manage everything. We are a producer company, which means we work directly with the farmers in the surrounding regions. Being in Padampura makes it easy to handle the administrative side of things. We are not trying to be a fancy corporate office. The flat is usually full of maps, ledgers, and samples of grain or whatever else is being grown by our members. We spend a lot of time on the phone or traveling out to the fields to see the progress. We do not have a marketing team or a sales department. It is just us doing the coordination work. Sometimes it is a bit chaotic, especially when the harvest is coming in and everyone needs something at the same time. We just take it as it comes. We have been part of this community for a long time now. People know we are in the Shivshiti building if they need to settle an account or discuss the next crop cycle. It is a straightforward operation. We do not use a lot of business jargon. We just talk about the weather and the prices we can get.
