Our office is in room 104 of Shagun Tower, which is right in the heart of Vijay Nagar. A lot of people know where we are because we are located directly above Apana Sweets. It’s a very busy part of A B Road here in Indore. Being above a sweet shop means there’s always a lot of people around and it usually smells like fried snacks. Shagun Tower is a big building with lots of different businesses. We have a setup with a bunch of computers in a few different rooms. They aren't the newest models, but they work for what the students need. The carpet in the hallway is a bit thin and the walls could use some fresh paint, but it doesn't stop anyone from working. We have a small desk near the entrance where one of us sits to answer the phone and help people find their way. It’s not a quiet place. You can hear the traffic from the main road and the noise from the other offices in the building. We spend a lot of time just keeping the equipment running and helping the kids who come in for their sessions. We don't have a fancy lounge or anything. There are just some plastic chairs in the corner for people to wait. It’s a practical, everyday kind of workplace for us.
