New-Tech Corporation & Services

You’ll find New-Tech Corporation & Services at No. 302 in the Swarna Palace building. It’s on Plot No. 1108 in Scheme No. 114, Part 1. The building is a standard commercial block, and our office is just a regular room on the third floor. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while now. It’s mostly just a place where we coordinate our service calls and handle the paperwork for the filters and parts we sell. There are a few of us here, and we usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. It’s not a fancy setup with leather chairs or expensive rugs. We have some metal racks for the inventory and a couple of basic desks. Sometimes the delivery guys have trouble finding the right door, so we end up standing in the hallway to wave them down. We aren't trying to be a big corporate entity. We’re just a local service business trying to keep things running smoothly for our customers. The office can get a bit cluttered when a new shipment arrives, and we have to step over boxes for a few days. We don’t mind it much. It’s a sign that we’re busy. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at sites, so the office is mostly a home base for the team. It’s simple, it’s local, and it works.
