Our office is over at 139/4 in Tilak Nagar, right on the main stretch in Indore. Tilak Nagar is one of those places that everyone knows, so it’s easy for us to tell people where we are. The building is older, with that classic Indore feel to it. We’re on one of the floors with a view of the street, which is great for people-watching when we’re taking a break from the computers. At Neucam, we don't have any of those fancy modern office pods or anything like that. It’s just old-fashioned desks, some fairly decent chairs, and a lot of hardware scattered around. The fans hum all day long to keep the heat at bay, and there’s usually a stack of old files in the corner that we keep meaning to sort through. Our team is pretty tight-knit. We’ve been through the monsoon seasons here when the rain lashes against the windows and the power flickers, but we just keep going. It’s a very local vibe. We know the tea stall downstairs pretty well, and that’s where most of our big decisions get made anyway. It’s not a polished corporate environment, and we like it that way. It feels like a real place where real work happens. We show up, we do what needs to be done, and we don't make a big fuss about it. That's just how we operate in this corner of Tilak Nagar.
