Mohanlal Prahaladdas Kamal Masala

We are Mohanlal Prahaladdas Kamal Masala, located at Plot No.310-4 on Pathar Mundla Road, right near Tejaji Chowk in Palda. The name is a mouthful, we know, but it’s been that way for ages. Palda is a busy place for this kind of work, and our spot on Pathar Mundla Road is right in the thick of it. The smell of ground masala hits you before you even walk through the door. It’s a strong scent that sticks to your skin and hair. We have these big grinding machines that run for hours, and the whole floor vibrates when they’re at full speed. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear your best clothes. Everything is covered in a fine spice powder. We spend our days managing the flow of raw ingredients and watching over the machines to make sure nothing jams up. It’s a family-style environment, even if we aren't all related. We shout to be heard over the noise and share a quick meal together when there’s a break in the schedule. There’s no corporate ladder here, just people doing their jobs. We don't have a mission statement or a polished brand image. We just produce masala and sell it to the people who need it. It’s loud, it’s messy, and it’s a lot of work, but it’s our life here in Palda and we’re used to it. We just keep our heads down and work.
