Micro Agri Biocontrol & Research Private Limited

Working out of Hig I/48 in Kanupriya Nagarrau is where we do everything for Micro Agri Biocontrol & Research Private Limited. It’s a residential area, so it feels more like a home than a workplace. We have some equipment set up for biocontrol research, which basically means we spend a lot of time looking at tiny things. It can be slow work. Sometimes you sit there for hours and nothing happens. The neighbors are used to us being here by now. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees; it’s just a small group of us who are interested in how to handle pests without using too many chemicals. The rooms are full of books and little containers. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we get a delivery of supplies. We usually have the windows open to let some air in while we work. Kanupriya Nagarrau is a nice enough place to be based. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. Most days I’m just in a t-shirt trying to figure out why a certain culture didn’t grow right. It’s frustrating sometimes, but that’s just how research is. We don't promise miracles; we just do the experiments and see what the data says at the end of the week.
